Boys’ Online Workshop Understanding My Changing Body: Puberty, Hygiene and Purification in Islam Puberty is an important stage in a boy’s life, bringing physical changes and new responsibilities in Islam. This online workshop is designed for boys aged 10–15 years to help them understand these changes and learn how to care for their bodies as they grow. Participants will learn: 🌿 The meaning of puberty and the changes that come with it. 🌿 Personal hygiene and healthy habits during adolescence. 🌿 Islamic teachings on cleanliness and purification. 🌿 When and how to perform Ghusl and maintain ritual purity. 🌿 The responsibilities that come with reaching puberty in Islam. 🌿 How to approach questions about growing up with confidence, modesty and the right knowledge. Through this session, boys will gain essential knowledge and practical guidance to help them approach this stage of life with confidence, modesty and a better understanding of their religious obligations. Brought to you by Guided Hearts Madrasah, dedicated to raising well-informed Muslims.

Growing up comes with many changes—physically, emotionally, and spiritually. For young Muslim girls, understanding these changes is an important part of growing into a confident, knowledgeable and practicing Muslimah. Join Guided Hearts Madrasah for an engaging and age-appropriate online workshop designed for girls aged 8–15 years, where we will discuss: 🌸 What to expect as the body changes during puberty 🌸 Personal hygiene and caring for the changing body 🌸 Understanding menstruation and other signs of puberty 🌸 Ghusl and purification in Islam 🌸 When and how to perform ghusl correctly 🌸 Common questions and misconceptions about puberty and purification 🌸 Building confidence, modesty and a positive understanding of the body Allah has entrusted to us This will be a safe, respectful and interactive space where girls can learn, ask questions and gain the knowledge they need to navigate this important stage of life with confidence and according to Islamic teachings. Because growing up should not be confusing and every Muslimah deserves to understand her body, her faith and her responsibilities. This workshop is Organised by Guided Hearts Madrasah; helping Muslims to learn, love and live Islam.

That is Adab — the inner refinement that shapes outward manners. In Islam, Adab is not just etiquette; it is a reflection of the heart.
Establishing a Family Dhikr Routine
